Professional Development at The Possibility Institute
Professional Development at The Possibility Institute trains counselors, educators, and independent consultants to do what our own practice does: run the college process and the identity work as a single process rather than two competing ones. Through workshops, seminars, and multi-session training programs, participants learn to facilitate values clarification, thread it through ordinary advising conversations, and use the application itself as the structure that makes a student's self-knowledge concrete.
